Mrs. Mola

I grew up knowing that I was going to become a teacher. In 1987, I graduated from William Paterson College where I earned  my BA in Education, as well as 38 credits in Psychology, in three and a half years! I couldn't wait to get into the classroom and make a difference in the lives of children.  I continued my formal education between 2004 and 2006 by earning credits in the Mathematics Endorsement Program. Most recently, through Rutgers University I have earned my Teacher of the Gifted and Talented Certification.

I have had the privilege of educating the children of Paterson for over 28 years. My career began briefly in School Number 26, then I spent over 24 years teaching in Norman S. Weir School. I have been fortunate to teach a variety of grades and thoroughly enjoyed each one. I have taught third grade for nine years, 4th grade for seven years and middle school mathematics for over eleven years.
I have been happily married for over 26 years and am the mother of two beautiful boys. One of my sons is a Sophomore in high school and the other is a senior at New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, where he is studying Information Technology and Cyber Security.
I smile each day, as I am so very grateful to have a loving family and a rewarding career.
